Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy is simple because at Pierandsurfleadslingersinkers one of our goals is to ensure your complete satisfaction. Sometimes the wrong item is ordered or, for whatever reason, that our customer wants to return or exchange their items. We will accept it.

RETURNS

Exchange it or return it, it will always be up to the customer, as long as the item(s) are in new condition just how we sent them out. Simply send the package back to us (at your expense, make sure to ship with tracking and insurance, it's solely the shipper's responsibility until delivered) with a copy of your invoice and a note instructing us. For example, "Exchange for or, Return for credit." Please allow 5-10 business days for a return/exchange to be received, and give us time to have it inspected and processed.

Defective, Damaged, Mis-shipped Merchandise


Please be sure to inspect your new purchase carefully when delivered. If you receive damaged, defective or items that you did not order, contact us immediately. This claim must be brought to our attention within two business days of delivery receipt. At no cost to you, we will resolve the issue as soon as possible and provide instructions on the return of the merchandise in question.

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at berna@pierandsurfleadslingersinkers.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
